螺旋CT高分辨扫描及多平面重建对颅底骨折的诊断思路构建

  目的 探究螺旋CT高分辨扫描及多平面重建在颅底骨折的诊断中的价值.方法 将我院在2016年4月~2017年4月收治的50例颅底骨折患者作为本次研究的对象,对这50例颅底骨折患者分别采用常规CT扫描和螺旋CT高分辨扫描及多平面重建,比较两种扫描诊断的效果.结果 患者采用常规的CT扫描,患者存在105处骨折,这包括线性骨折45处,粉碎性骨折60处,患者存在105处窦腔积液,且有30例患者出现颅内积气的情况.常规的CT扫描往往因为层面较厚,难以清楚地发现患者骨折的情况.之后,患者采用螺旋CT高分辨扫描及多平面重建发现,患者存在204处骨折,这包括线性骨折89处,粉碎性骨折115处,患者存在121处窦腔积液,且有42例患者出现颅内积气的情况.螺旋CT高分辨扫描产生的图像较为清晰,不存在较多的干扰情况,每一例患者的图像都能够清楚地显现患者的骨折情况.多平面重建的矢状面和冠状面图像能够发现螺旋CT高分辨扫描不易发现的骨折情况.可见,在临床颅底骨折诊断中,螺旋CT高分辨扫描及多平面重建更优于常规的CT扫描.(P<0.05).结论 在临床对颅脑损伤患者进行常规CT临床诊断时,可以采用螺旋CT高分辨扫描及多平面重建的方式诊断,这样能够提高诊断的有效性,避免出现误诊漏诊的情况,同时也能够更好了解患者病情,进而进行有针对性治疗,有效避免了开颅手术的盲目性,提高其安全性.
