氮磷营养盐对腹孔环胺藻(Azadinium poporum)生长和产毒的影响

  腹孔环胺藻(Azadinium poporum)是氮杂螺环酸(azaspiracid, AZA)毒素的来源藻种之一,在我国近海具有广泛分布.本研究以分离自我国南海的两株腹孔环胺藻(AZDY06和AZFC22)为研究对象,比较了其在不同氮磷营养盐浓度、不同类型氮源(尿素和硝酸钠)和不同培养基(f/2-Si、L1-Si和K-Si)等批次培养条件下的生长与产毒的情况.不同氮磷营养盐浓度的单因子实验是以常用的f/2-Si培养基为基础,添加硝酸钠的浓度分别为0、88、882和2647 tM;添加磷酸二氢钠的浓度分别为0、3.6、36和109 μM.结果表明:这两株腹孔环胺藻的生长对硝酸盐、磷酸盐均表现出积极的响应,且在最高浓度的磷酸盐(109 tM)条件下受到明显抑制,但在最高浓度的硝酸盐(2647 tM)条件下未见明显抑制.这两株甲藻在添加有机氮的培养基中表现出更大的比增长率,但生长期比添加无机氮的对照组短.
