利用p HEMT的非线性特性设计了一个宽带二倍频器,该二倍频采用有源倍频的方式将一个中心频率1.2GHz、带宽400MHz的输入信号上变频至中心频率2.4GHz,带宽扩展至800MHz。该二倍频器在输入功率0d Bm的情况下,整个频段内输出功率大于-6d Bm,带内功率起伏小于1.5d B;基波抑制度大于34d B,三次谐波抑制度大于44d B,频谱纯净度较好、稳定性较高;并进行了设计、仿真分析与实验研究,实验结果表明:有源倍频器为宽带信号的合成提供了一种有效的技术手段。
Based on the nonlinearity of p HEMT, a wideband doubler is designed. The doubled frequency multiplies an input signal with a center frequency of 1.2GHz and a bandwidth of 400MHz to the center frequency of 2.4GHz by active multiplication. The bandwidth is extended to 800MHz. When the input power is 0d Bm, the output power of the doubler is greater than -6d Bm in the whole frequency band, the fluctuation of the in-band power is less than 1.5d B; the fundamental suppression is greater than 34d B, the third harmonic suppression is greater than 44d B, Spectrum purity is better and stability is higher. The design, simulation analysis and experimental research are carried out. The experimental results show that the active frequency multiplier provides an effective technical means for the synthesis of wideband signals.
