  Populus euphratica is one of the most important timber species in the north of China.As the unique Chinese character of poplar, it is known for its high salt tolerance.One binary bacterial artificial chromosome (BIBAC) library was constructed which represents the first plant-transformation-competent large-insert DNA library produced for Populus euphratica.The BIBAC library was constructed in BamHI site of binary vector pCLD04541 by ligation of partial digested nuclear DNA of Populus euphratica.This library consists of 55,296 clones with an average insert size of 85 kb, and covers over 40 folds Populus euphratica haploid genomes.BIBAC clones which contain inserts from 50 kb to 150Kb were selected and transformed into Arabidopsis for salt tolerant plant screening.One transgenic line was found to be more salt tolerant than wild type from the screen of 150 lines in 175mM NaC1.It was demonstrated that the clone contains candidates of salt tolerance genes and the approach is suitable for the transformation of salt sensitivity lumbers for genetic improvement.

通过控制腌制温度、时间及腌制剂的配比等因素,对整体快速腌制咸鸡蛋黄进行了研究.以出油性、起沙性、风味及颜色作为咸蛋黄质量高低的判定指标.研究结果表明:在100g蛋黄中加入40g起沙性原料、8g食盐、5g酒精后搅拌均匀,在50℃条件下腌制3天,80℃烘烤2h成品品质最佳,其起沙性值为57.2%,颜色△c数值为3.52.这时成品沙性较好,颜色呈黄色,且风味较为浓郁.
