双孢蘑菇2796凝集素对食用菌菌丝扭结的影响

  从双孢蘑菇2796中提取其凝集素并进行分离纯化后,按15mg/mL、10mg/mL、5mg/mL、0mg/mL浓度分别滴入到香菇(武香一号)、灰树花、姬松茸、竹荪、真姬菇、鸡腿菇等长满食用菌菌丝培养皿上观察结果。结果显示香菇(武香一号)、灰树花、姬松茸在该凝集素的刺激下与没有凝集素的同条件下相比,出现明显的菌丝扭结现象,而其他的菌种无明显扭结情况。
