中空纤维正渗透膜的制备与表征

  Hollow fiber thin-film composite membranes were successfully fabricated for forward osmosis (FO) by the method of dip-coating using polypropylene hollow fiber porous membranes as support, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and polyethyleneimine as functional materials, respectively.The resulting FO membranes were characterized through ATR-FTIR, FE-SEM, Zeta potential analyses,cross-flow permeation tests as well as forward osmosis experiments.It was found that the obtained membranes exhibited a composite structure having a smooth, dense and positively charged skin layer.The membrane showed good FO performance when operated with 0.5M MgCl2 aqueous solution as draw solution and distilled water as the feed water.
