The success of the strategic transition of enterprise relies heavily upon business model innovation.This paper studies the business model innovation of"the whole industry chain" of COFCO foodstuff business by cases studying, and put forward four core elements which affect the business model innovation of enterprises: the economic environment, technological environment, core competencies and resources, corporate strategy.
