Define the disseminator of the internet public opinion and point out the application of the social network analysis in mining the public opinion disseminator.Then collect the posts of Hebei University of BBS on the "LiGang gate" to demonstrate, taking advantage of Netdraw software for visual presentation of the relationship network map of different stages.; mine the whole map, and based on the UCINET, caculate and analyse the density, centrality, clustering coefficient and diameter of various stages and overall network, from which some characteristics and laws of evolution about disseminators have been found.Finally, make some suggestions about the problems which have been found.
