高炉煤气和焦炉煤气是钢铁企业的重要二次能源。目前不少企业既存在着放散煤气的回收问题;又存在着给节约下来的煤气找出路的问题。做好煤气的合理分配和调度可以减少煤气放散,提高煤气综合利用率,对节能和提高企业经济效益都有重要意义。在总结邢台钢铁厂煤气综合利用的实践和规划的基础上,本文提出企业煤气平衡和合理使用的指导思想,建议按煤气质量优劣分配用户,将煤气用户划分等级,搞好煤气调度以适应发展生产和改善生活的需要。
Blast furnace gas and coke oven gas is an important secondary energy for steel enterprises. On the basis of summarizing the practice and planning of gas comprehensive utilization in Xingtai Iron and Steel Plant, this paper puts forward the guiding ideology of gas balance and rational use of the enterprise, advises to allocate users according to the quality of the gas, classifying the users of gas, Produce and improve the needs of life.
