三家店闸已运行40年之久,为此,开展了闸室水上部分混凝土质量全面检测和混凝土结构安全评估工作。包括混凝土外观缺陷和裂缝普查,混凝土强度无损检测,混凝土芯样强度检测,典型混凝土裂缝性状检测,以及钢筋锈蚀状态检测。结果认为,三家店闸运行情况基本正常,混凝土病害比较普遍,如工作桥大梁的碳化和钢筋锈蚀问题较突出,闸墩裂缝较严重,水位变化区混凝土冻融剥蚀达500m2。建议组织水下部分检测工作,对工作桥大梁的碳化和钢筋锈蚀进行局部修补和全面防护,对闸墩裂缝进行灌浆补强加固整修。
Three shop gates have been running for 40 years, to carry out a comprehensive inspection of the concrete quality of the water chamber in the lock chamber and concrete structure safety assessment. Including the appearance of concrete defects and cracks survey, non-destructive testing of concrete strength, concrete core-like strength testing, concrete crack detection, as well as corrosion status detection. The result shows that the operation of Sanjiadian sluice is basically normal and the concrete diseases are common. For example, the problem of carbonization and reinforcement corrosion of working girder is prominent, and the crack of sluice piers is more serious. The concrete in the water level change area is 500m2 in freeze-thaw erosion. It is suggested to organize the underwater part testing work to partially repair and comprehensively protect the carbonization and steel bar corrosion of working girder girders, and to reinforce and repair the cracks in the pier.
