铸造工作是一门相当困难而复杂的技术科学。目前各厂的铸件质量普遍存在着忽高忽低的现象,有时更严重的影响了机械加工任务的完成。影响铸件质量的因素虽然很多,但其中最主要的是铸造工艺规程拟订得不适当,或是说在拟订工艺规程时考虑的技术经济问题不全面。下面准备以实际例子,来说明在拟订工艺规程时如何将实际经验与科学理论密切结合起来,并说明在拟订工艺规程时是如何分析和考虑的。
Casting is a rather difficult and complicated technical science. At present, the quality of castings in various factories is generally fluctuating, sometimes even more seriously affecting the completion of machining tasks. Although there are many factors that affect the quality of castings, the most important of these are the inadequate formulation of the casting process or the incompleteness of the technical and economic issues to be considered when formulating the process. The following is a practical example of how to combine practical experience with scientific theory in the development of a process specification and how it is analyzed and considered in the development of a process specification.
