娄底市水产品微生物污染的实验室检测与分析

目的了解娄底市水产品中微生物的污染情况。方法从市售水产品中抽检样品120份,依据GB/T4789-2003和国家食源性疾病监测网2008年度工作手册进行检测。结果从样品中共检出病原菌36株,总检出率为30.00%,其中沙门菌16株,检出率为13.33%,副溶血性弧菌12株,检出率为10.00%,单增李斯特菌8株,检出率为6.67%。结论娄底市水产品微生物污染较严重,应进一步加强监管,避免此类食源性疾病的发生。 Objective To understand the microbial contamination of aquatic products in Loudi. Methods A total of 120 samples were collected from commercial aquatic products and tested according to GB / T4789-2003 and 2008 National Foodborne Disease Surveillance Network Working Manual. Results A total of 36 pathogenic bacteria were detected from the samples, with a total detection rate of 30.00%. Among them, 16 were Salmonella, the detection rate was 13.33%, 12 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected with the detection rate of 10.00% 8 strains of bacteria, the detection rate was 6.67%. Conclusion Loudi aquatic microbial contamination is more serious, we should further strengthen supervision and avoid such foodborne diseases.
