凋亡是单个细胞受其内在基因编程的调节,通过主动的生化过程而自杀死亡的现象。我们应用非放射性原位末端标记技术,进行凋亡细胞的原位检测。这一方法具有操作简单,结果特异性强、重复性好,特别对于低水平凋亡检测更敏感。
Apoptosis is a phenomenon in which a single cell is regulated by its intrinsic gene programming and suicides through an active biochemical process. We used non-radioactive in situ end-labeling techniques to perform in situ detection of apoptotic cells. This method has the advantages of simple operation, high specificity and reproducibility, and is particularly sensitive to detection of low-level apoptosis.
