长春地区地处东经124—127°,北纬43—45°。低温冷害对我区农业生产危害极大。从多年的气象资料看,4—9月份的有效积温在3,000℃左右就是丰产年,2,700℃左右多是减产年。1954—1974年间,有五个年份遭遇低温冷害,造成大幅度减产,如1969年粮食减产8.5亿斤,1972年减产9.6亿斤。由于低温冷害的影响,高粱、水稻、玉米减产严重,其它作物也受到不同程度的危害。因此,战胜低温冷害,是我们地区夺取丰收的关键措施。多年来,我区广大干部和贫下中农在“农业学
