Sophia是这家蓝橄榄西餐厅的老板,优雅、温婉,衣着随意却不失个性,很难想象她曾有十年的律师从业经历。做西餐厅,并不是她的初衷,她真正想做的是中外文化交流,这源于对女儿成长教育的关注。后来,她想通过西餐厅这样一个公共空间,作为中外文化交流的平台。目前,令她颇为满意的是除了中国人喜欢这里的食物,每天都会有外国人前来就餐,甚至许多外国人成了这里的常客。
Sophia is the boss of this blue olive restaurant, elegant, gentle, casual but without personality, it is hard to imagine her ten years of experience as a lawyer. To do Western restaurant, is not her original intention, what she really want to do is cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries, which stems from the growth of daughter education concerns. Later, she wanted to pass such a public space as Western Restaurant as a platform for cultural exchanges between China and other countries. At present, what makes her quite satisfied is that besides Chinese people like the food here, foreigners come to eat every day, and even many foreigners have become regulars here.
