简要介绍了液化气贮槽惰化的重要性及主要技术指标,同时叙述了采用充洗置换法惰化液化气贮槽的工作原理与工艺过程,通过一个实际的液化气贮槽的惰化工作,分析了影响惰化效果的主要因素。就如何消耗尽可能少的惰性气体而使液化气贮槽内达到设计所要求的含氧量指标,提出了一些惰化工艺方面的观。
The importance and main technical indexes of liquefied gas storage tank are briefly introduced. The working principle and process of liquefied gas storage tank by filling and flushing method are also described.
