中俄区域合作是两国全面战略协作伙伴关系的重要组成部分,得到了两国政府的高度重视和大力支持。广东省作为中国改革开放的先行地和经济大省,近几年在政治、经贸、科技、教育和文化等主要领域与俄罗斯展开合作,合作范围不断扩大,合作程度日益加深。但须指出的是,广东省与俄罗斯贸易额占中俄贸易总额的比重和广东省对外贸易额的比重都相当低,合作的方式和规模远不能满足双方关系发展的需要,也不符合两地经济快速发展的趋势,当前双方合作仍面临一系列的问题。俄罗斯是广东省开展对外经贸合作的目标市场,从经济结构上看,双方互补性很强,有着巨大的合作潜力。未来双方须抓住机遇,采取必要措施落实省州之间的地方合作,创造有利条件,实现优势互补,进一步推进各领域合作,并以此推动中俄区域合作快速向前发展。 China-Russia regional cooperation is an important part of the comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination between the two countries and has gained the great attention and strong support of the two governments. Russia is the target market for Guangdong’s foreign trade and economic cooperation. From an economic structure point of view, the two countries are highly complementary and have great potential for cooperation. In the future, both sides should seize the opportunity and take necessary measures to implement local cooperation between provinces and states, create favorable conditions for complementarity and further promote cooperation in various fields, so as to push forward the rapid development of China-Russia regional cooperation.
