在我国医院改革的大背景下,医院的采购管理已经走入了人们的视野,在原有的医院管理上,医院对于采购的管理不重视,出现了一些这样那样的问题,给医院的发展带来了障碍。本文主要对医院采购管理工作的问题以及如何加强医院的采购管理进行了分析。
