教师作为教学活动的参与者和引导者,是课堂的舵手,而课堂是灵动多变的,所以一线教师不能墨守成规、固步自封,而要积极去完善自身的专业素养,以便于更好地引导学生迁移和内化知识,生成能量。针对高中物理教师从集体备课、集体评课、文化学习三个方面进行了讨论。
