[目的]探讨正己烷的雌性性腺毒性及其机制。[方法]对雌性Wistar大鼠给予3种剂量正己烷(162 mg/kg、566 mg/kg和1 980 mg/kg)腹腔注射染毒,1次/d,每周5 d,持续7周观察大鼠动情周期变化。测定大鼠动情期血清中激素FSH、LH、E2和P含量,观察子宫、卵巢脏器系数以及子宫内膜腔上皮厚度。[结果]随着染毒剂量的增大,大鼠均不同程度地出现动情期的延长。与对照组相比,卵巢脏器系数升高。各剂量组子宫内膜腔上皮厚度与对照组相比降低。各剂量组大鼠血清FSH、LH、E2和P水平与对照组类似。[结论]正己烷能引起明显的雌性性腺毒性,卵巢是其毒作用的重要靶器官之一。
[Objective] To investigate the female gonadal toxicity of n-hexane and its mechanism. [Methods] Female Wistar rats were intraperitoneally injected with 3 doses of n-hexane (162 mg / kg, 566 mg / kg and 1 980 mg / kg) once a day for 5 days for 7 weeks Estrous cycle changes in rats. The content of hormones FSH, LH, E2 and P in estrus serum of rats were measured, and the coefficient of uterus and ovary organs and the thickness of endometrial cavity epithelium were observed. [Result] With the increase of exposure dose, the estrus prolongation occurred in varying degrees in rats. Compared with the control group, ovarian organ coefficient increased. The endometrial cavity epithelial thickness of each dose group was lower than that of the control group. The serum FSH, LH, E2 and P levels of rats in each dose group were similar to those in the control group. [Conclusion] n-hexane can cause obvious female gonadal toxicity, and ovary is one of the important target organs of its toxicity.
