本文使用博弈论的分析方法,对我国中小外向型企业研究与开发(R&D)的投入进行了系统的分析,提出了在当今信息时代,如果知识产权保护不力,技术扩散迅速,则中小企业研究与开发的成果就具有公共品的性质;在自愿投入研究与开发时,中小企业间很难自动采取帕累托最优策略,而是出现囚徒困境博弈或者智猪博弈。最后,文章给出了我国中小企业外向国际化组建技术联盟的对策。
This paper uses game theory to analyze the input of researching and developing (R & D) of small and medium-sized export-oriented enterprises in our country, and puts forward that in today’s information age, if the protection of intellectual property rights is not strong and technology diffusion is rapid, The result of development is public goods. When it is willing to invest in research and development, it is very difficult for SMEs to automatically adopt the Pareto optimal strategy. Instead, prisoners’ dilemma game or pig-gamble game appear. Finally, the article gives the countermeasures for the formation of technology alliance for the internationalization of SMEs in our country.
