建立了某型叶片式机油泵的有限元模型,分别对自由模态和约束模态的前6阶固有频率和振型进行了仿真分析,发现在泵体与泵盖连接处及限压阀附近振动变形较大。将模态分析结果与发动机激振频率及链轮啮合频率进行比较,分析出在发动机转速为5 000 r/min时机油泵第1阶固有频率与链轮啮合频率相近,在此工况下会发生共振现象。对叶片式机油泵进行了模态试验,仿真得到的固有频率与试验测试得到频率吻合良好,证明仿真模拟结果能够反映机油泵的实际工况,为叶片式机油泵振动特性分析及产品设计提供了依据。
