随着测量不确定度理论的发展,合理评定测量不确定度已成为校准和检测实践中一项重要和必要的工作;国际标准化组织(ISO)协同国际计量局(BIPM)等国际组织2008年修订了“测量不确定度评定导则”(GUM)并正式颁布了其“补充件一”。结合化学分析的实例,对新的测量不确定度评定规范化文件在实际应用中的相关问题作一些分析和介绍,以期提供有益的思路。
With the development of the theory of measurement uncertainty, the reasonable evaluation of measurement uncertainty has become an important and necessary task in the calibration and testing practice. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and other international organizations such as the International Bureau of Weights and Measures (BIPM) revised in 2008 “Evaluation of Measurement Uncertainty ” (GUM) and formally promulgated its “Supplement ”. Combining with the examples of chemical analysis, this paper makes some analysis and introduction on the related problems in the application of the standardized document in the evaluation of new measurement uncertainty in order to provide useful ideas.
