我国是大豆的发源地,栽培历史悠久。大豆是我国食用植物蛋白质的主要来源之一,全国各省区都有不同数量的栽培。国家科委童大林副主任在1980年西北地区农业现代化学术讨论会上讲到扩大商品生产、竞争国际市场时指出:“八十年代的农业革命是豆类革命,发展大豆是我国人民增加植物性蛋白质和脂肪的最重要途径。”大豆不但对提高我国人民的营养水平、丰富食品内容具有重要意义,同时茎叶可作大牲畜的优质饲料,根茬可以肥地,对
