合理的烧结制粒可以较好地应对原料的变化,并可得到较高的烧结利用系数和较好的还原性能。通过实验研究发现,用传统的烧结制粒工艺处理像褐铁矿这类多孔的铁矿石,烧结利用系数、冷强度和还原性都下降;而采用基于原料性质的分层制粒工艺不但可以减少烧结矿过熔,而且液相流动性也得到改善,因此烧结矿强度明显提高,料层透气性增加,从而使利用系数显著提高。
