高校早操对大学生健身习惯的培养具有重要作用,对高校大学生早操现状进行调查发现,目前高校早操形式单一,内容枯燥,不适应大学生个性心理发展的要求;早操的时间利用率低,难以达到锻炼身体的目的。我们提出了在高校体育教学改革中把改变早操现状作为重点来抓,提高学生的参与意识,使其逐渐形成自觉锻炼身体的习惯,为终身体育奠定基础。
College morning exercises play an important role in the cultivation of college students ’fitness habits. The investigation on college students’ morning exercises shows that college morning exercises are single in form and boring in content, which is not suitable for the psychological development of college students. The utilization rate of morning exercises is low and it is difficult to exercise the goal of. We put forward to change the morning exercises in the reform of physical education in colleges and universities as the focus to improve students’ awareness of participation so that they gradually form a habit of consciously exercising and lay the foundation for lifelong physical education.
