在市场经济的强大推动下,对服装企业提出了全新的发展要求,为企业创造出了全新的发展前景,而精益生产理论的应用也变得尤为重要,已经得到了服装企业内部的高度重视与关注。加强精益生产理论的应用,可以促进企业生产效率的稳步提升,避免出现不必要的浪费与流失现象,促进服装企业长足的发展和进步。本文主要针对精益生产理论在服装企业中的应用展开深入的研究,旨在为相关研究人员提供一些理论性依据。
Under the impetus of the market economy, the apparel enterprises have put forward new development requirements and created entirely new development prospects for the enterprises. The application of the lean production theory has become even more important. The apparel industry has gained great attention and attention. Strengthening the application of lean production theory can promote the steady improvement of production efficiency of enterprises, avoid unnecessary waste and loss, and promote the rapid development and progress of garment enterprises. This paper mainly studies the application of lean production theory in garment enterprises, and provides some theoretical basis for relevant researchers.
