2010年中国电子商务市场交易额达到4.5万亿元,同比增长22%,电子商务企业数量已达25000家。个人网店的数量达到1350万家,同比增长19.2%,国内网上零售的用户规模达1.58亿人。与传统商品交易模式相比,网络商品交易具有廉价、便利、可比的特征,在国内处于蓬勃发展的阶段。但是繁荣的背后,也隐藏着鱼龙混杂、坑蒙拐骗、霸王交易等不和谐的声音,并成为制约网络商品交易市场健康发展的一大瓶颈。
In 2010, the transaction volume of China’s e-commerce market reached 4.5 trillion yuan, an increase of 22% over the same period of last year. The number of e-commerce enterprises reached 25,000. The number of personal online stores reached 13.5 million, an increase of 19.2% over the same period of previous year. The number of domestic online retail users reached 158 million. Compared with the traditional commodity trading model, the online commodity trading is characterized by cheapness, convenience and comparability, and is in a booming stage in China. However, behind the prosperity, there are also hidden unpleasant voices, swindling, overlord trading and other discordant voices, and become a major bottleneck restricting the healthy development of the online commodity trading market.
