孤立性血尿由于病因及发病机制复杂,病情易迁延反复,有部分病人最终发展至终末期肾病,造成家庭及经济损失.本文通过综合目前国内外诊断、治疗儿童孤立性血尿现状及其病理分析,有助于儿童孤立性血尿正确的诊治及判断预后.
