用负载二茂钛族催化剂与格氏试剂组成催化体系催化苯乙烯聚合,考察了催化反应温度、催化体系的组成、催化剂浓度、单体浓度和Mg/Ti比等因素对苯乙烯聚合的影响。结果表明,负载化可提高催化活性,减少活性中心的偶联衰减。催化活性与负载催化剂的结构、反应条件等因素密切相关。
The polymerization of styrene was catalyzed by a supported titanocene catalyst and Grignard reagent. The effects of reaction temperature, catalyst composition, catalyst concentration, monomer concentration and Mg / Ti ratio on the polymerization of styrene were investigated. The results show that the loading can increase the catalytic activity and reduce the coupling decay of the active center. The catalytic activity is closely related to the structure of supported catalyst, reaction conditions and other factors.
