本文在分析金刚石锯齿切削不均匀磨损机理、过程和原因的基础上,建立了浓度差夹层结构锯齿以槽深h和槽宽b为特征值的不均匀磨损数学模型:h=f(Z,P,k),式中z值反映了单层结构均匀浓度金刚石锯齿不均匀磨损程度,p为中间层宽与齿宽之比,k为中、边层金刚石浓度之比。进一步通过试验建立了z=0.6时的经验模型:h=(-10p+11.4)k十(9.5p-10.0)。最后,给出了适合于任何宽度的夹层锯齿结构设计公式Ca=,Cb=kCa。
Based on the analysis of the mechanism, process and reason of uneven wear of diamond serration, a mathematical model of non-uniform wear with characteristic value of groove depth h and groove width b is established: h = f (Z, P , K), where z value reflects the uneven wear of diamond sawtooth uniform concentration of single-layer structure, p is the width of the middle layer and tooth width ratio, k is the ratio of diamond concentration in the edge. The empirical model at z = 0.6 was further established by experiments: h = (- 10p + 11.4) k ten (9.5p-10.0). Finally, the design formula of sandwich serrated structure suitable for any width is given as Ca =, Cb = kCa.
