WRKY蛋白是植物中最大的转录因子家族之一,对植物的生长发育具有重要调控作用。本研究利用番茄全基因组测序结果鉴定了WRKY基因,分析了其系统发育关系,内含子-外显子结构,染色体上的分布及其表达方式。研究表明:番茄中存在81个WRKY转录因子,分为三类(Ⅰ,Ⅱ和Ⅲ),第Ⅰ和Ⅱ类分别细分为2和5个亚类,这些基因不均匀分布在番茄的11条染色体上;基因结构分析表明番茄WRKY转录因子进化过程中可能发生内含子的缺失/获得事件;不同芯片表达分析表明WRKY基因不仅参与了番茄根、子叶和真叶等不同组织类型的生长发育,而且还参与了一些生物胁迫(盐)和非生物胁迫(真菌激活子)的反应。
WRKY protein is one of the largest family of transcription factors in plants and plays an important regulatory role in plant growth and development. In this study, WRKY gene was identified by genome-wide sequencing of tomato and its phylogenetic relationship, intron-exon structure, chromosome distribution and expression pattern were analyzed. The results showed that there are 81 WRKY transcription factors in tomato, which are divided into three groups (Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ). Groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ are subdivided into 2 and 5 subtypes, respectively. These genes are unevenly distributed in 11 tomato Chromosomal analysis showed that WRKY gene transcription may play an important role in the inactivation of WRKY transcription factor. The expression of WRKY gene in different plants showed that WRKY gene not only participated in the growth and development of different tissue types such as tomato root, cotyledon and true leaf, But also participates in some biological stress (salt) and abiotic stress (fungal activator) response.
