本文通过对北京周边的大学生“村官”群体、非大学生村干部、村民的调查,围绕大学生“村官”对工作的满意度进行调研,主要从个人、环境、政策三个层面进行考察。发现大学生“村官”群体对村官工作多数并不满意,在工作过程中也遇到很多问题。基于存在的问题,本文对其原因进行了深度的分析,试图找出背后的相关因素,并提出了相应的改进建议。
This article surveys and studies the satisfaction degree of college students “village officials ” through investigation of college students “village officials ” groups, non-college village cadres and villagers around Beijing, mainly from three aspects: personal, environment and policy To inspect. It was found that undergraduates “village officials ” groups were not satisfied with the majority of village officials and encountered many problems in their work. Based on the existing problems, this article has carried on the deep analysis to its reason, tried to find out the relevant factors behind, and put forward the corresponding improvement suggestion.
