根据相关或互不相关激励条件下非保守耦合系统的统计能量分析原理,建立了两个相似的SEA系统之间的能量关系,提出了由已知系统预估未知相似系统的SEA方法。通过对保守和非保守耦合情况下板-梁和板-边框两个相似耦合系统的研究,分别从理论和实验上论证了这种方法的合理性。作为方法的应用,本文研究了两个相似切削系统的切削噪声问题,研究结果表明,理论分析和实验结果有很好的一致性,该方法可以有效地用于复杂耦合系统动态问题的研究。
According to the principle of statistical energy analysis of non-conservative coupled systems with or without related excitation, the energy relations between two similar SEA systems are established and the SEA method for estimating unknown similar systems from known systems is proposed. Through the research on two similar coupling systems of slab-beam and slab-border under the condition of conservative and non-conservative coupling, the rationality of this method is demonstrated both theoretically and experimentally. As an application of the method, this paper studies the problem of cutting noise in two similar cutting systems. The results show that the theoretical analysis and the experimental results are in good agreement. This method can be effectively used to study the dynamic problems of complex coupled systems.
