急性扁桃体炎为临床多发病,常用抗生素治疗,但长期使用易产生过敏和耐药性,为了解决这一矛盾,我们对中药进行筛选,用重楼胶囊治疗急性扁桃体炎疗效较好,现将制备工艺及临床观察报告如下。一、制备将重楼用水洗净,除去须根的根茎切薄片,晒干,熏烤,粉碎成细粉(过80目筛),用50%乙醇制粒,80℃干燥,装入0号胶囊即得。二、用法与用量口服,每日三次,每次4粒。小儿酌减。三、功能与主治清热解毒,消肿止痛,凉肝定惊。用于治疗痈肿,咽喉肿痛,毒蛇咬伤,跌打伤痛,惊风抽搐。
