兴泰发电公司670 t/h锅炉共6台,每炉配2套中间储仓式钢球磨制粉系统,共有12台钢球式磨煤机。磨煤机的单耗一直居高不下,与近年来我国煤碳市场的变化有着密切的关系。为此,兴泰发电公司发电部节能试验室及锅炉专业提出制粉系统综合治理的课题,主要降耗手段是通过试验摸索出磨煤机最佳的钢球装载量,从而达到节能降耗及推广应用的目的。试验方法如下:
