以寒地水稻“三化”栽培技术为基础，将三膜覆盖技术、钵育苗技术、超稀植栽培技术、寒地优质米生产技术综合配套，组装了三膜钵育摆栽配套超高产栽培技术，并示范15亩。结果表明，增加积温70—105℃，减少昼夜温差，钵育壮苗，在同插期，育出4．1—4．5叶大苗。移栽规格30×16．7cm，每m220穴80苗，有效分蘖率与机插相比增加104％，以较少个体，建立高光效群体，亩产808．1kg，较机插增产42．1％。
