At present, China’s shareholding pilot companies have mushroomed rapidly. According to the practice of our company’s shareholding system restructuring team, we will talk about our experience. 1 The joint-stock restructuring of enterprises must be combined with other reforms. The joint-stock restructuring of other companies is a huge system project. It must be coordinated with the reforms of the company’s leadership system, organization, personnel management, and financial systems to be able to operate in tandem. The leadership system of a joint-stock enterprise is the manager’s responsibility under the leadership of the board of directors with the general meeting of shareholders as the highest authority.
