研究NACE TM0177标准中规定的A溶液浸泡前后S135钻杆钢的疲劳性能。结果表明:浸泡后S135钻杆钢的疲劳性能比浸泡前有明显降低,同一应力水平下疲劳寿命离散性增大;氢损伤导致S135钻杆疲劳强度降低,易于发生氢脆,氢在S135钢疲劳裂纹形成扩展过程中起着促进和加速的作用;疲劳裂纹的形成和扩展直至断裂是氢脆加疲劳两种机制共同作用的结果。
Study NACE TM0177 standard A solution soaked before and after immersion S135 drill pipe fatigue properties. The results show that the fatigue property of S135 drill pipe steels is obviously lower than that of steels before soaking, and the discreteness of fatigue life is increased under the same stress level. Hydrogen damage results in the decrease of fatigue strength of S135 drill pipe, hydrogen embrittlement easily, hydrogen fatigue in S135 steel Crack formation and expansion process plays a role in promoting and accelerating; fatigue crack formation and expansion until the fracture is the result of both hydrogen embrittlement and fatigue mechanism.
