根据对胜利油田钻井事故的统计分析,发现卡钻是钻井事故中发生率最高,损失时间最多的事故。多数于钻事故发生,一是国现场人员缺乏经验,不能采取有效措施消除隐患;二是事故发生后不能及时采取正确的处理措施,使事故进一步恶化。为此建立了卡钻事故预测及诊断专家系统,只要将基本钻井参数和卡钻前的井场现象输入,专家系统就能给出分析结果和处理措施。
According to the statistical analysis of drilling accident in Shengli Oilfield, it is found that the stuck drill is the accident with the highest occurrence rate and the most loss time in the drilling accident. The majority of drilling accidents occurred. First, the field personnel in the country lacked experience and can not take effective measures to eliminate hidden dangers. Second, they can not take proper measures in time to further aggravate the accident. For this reason, an expert system for predicting and diagnosing stuck pipe accidents has been set up. As long as the basic drilling parameters and the wellsite phenomenon before the stuck pipe are input, the expert system can give the analysis results and measures.
