赛果高速公路第4合同段为越岭段山坡展线桥,桥梁共计6个高墩,且位于270m小半径曲线上,矢高为0.707。这6个高墩采用薄壁矩形空心桥墩,墩高均在80m以上。其中Y40为全桥最高墩,设计高度为118.800m(不包括盖梁高度2.4m)。为确保施工过程安全、合理,采用空间有限元法模拟高墩施工阶段,对高墩的P-△效应、高墩稳定性及温度效应进行计算。结果表明,主墩施工过程中主体结构是安全的;考虑P-△效应后墩底内力和墩顶位移都稍有增大,建议考虑P-△效应。
The No. 4 contract section of SEGC Expressway is a cross-section hillside slope bridge with a total of 6 high piers and 270m radius of 270m radius. The six high pier using thin-walled rectangular hollow piers, piers are above 80m high. Y40 is the highest pier of the whole bridge, with a designed height of 118.800m (excluding the height of the capping beam of 2.4m). In order to ensure the construction process is safe and reasonable, the space finite element method was used to simulate the construction period of high pier, and the P-Δ effect of high pier, the stability of high pier and the temperature effect were calculated. The results show that the main structure of main pier during construction is safe. Considering the P-Δ effect, the internal forces at pier bottom and the displacements at pier top slightly increase. It is suggested to consider the P- effect.
