自1984年1月1日《中华人民共和国统计法》(以下简称《统计法》)实施以来,统计法制的建设日益加快;地方统计法制也从无到有,由弱变强地发展起来。本文旨在结合山西省统计法制工作的实践,对地方统计法制建设现状和发展战略进行一些研究。初步成果经过几年的努力,山西省初步开创了统计法制工作的新局面,正逐步向着规范化、程序化、制度化方向发展。(一)增加了统计法律意识
Since the implementation of the “Statistical Law of the People’s Republic of China” on January 1, 1984 (hereinafter referred to as the “Statistical Law”), the construction of statistical legal system has been accelerating day by day. Local statistical laws and systems have also developed from weakness to strength. This article aims to combine the practice of statistics and legal work in Shanxi Province, to conduct some research on the status quo and development strategy of local statistical legal system. Preliminary results After several years of hard work, Shanxi Province has initially created a new situation in statistics and legal work and is gradually moving toward standardization, proceduralization and institutionalization.
