基于PSR模型的煤矿本质安全评价新方法

实现本质安全化是我国煤矿建设的重要工作,为了更加准确、合理地进行煤矿本质安全性评价,在目前本质安全评价研究成果基础上,将PSR(Pressure—压力、State—状态、Response—响应)框架模型应用于煤矿本质安全评价,应用层次分析法建立了煤矿本质安全性评价指标体撤消和评价模型,并对煤矿进行了评价,结果表明:PSR框架模型应用于煤矿本质安全评价是准确合理的,且对煤矿本质安全化建设具有重要促进意义。 In order to realize the intrinsic safety of coal mines more accurately and reasonably, on the basis of the current research results of intrinsic safety evaluation, the PSR (Pressure-State, Response-Response) The framework model was applied to the evaluation of intrinsic safety of coal mines. The model of intrinsic safety evaluation of coal mines was established and evaluated by AHP, and the coal mines were evaluated. The results show that the PSR framework is accurate and reasonable for the assessment of intrinsic safety of coal mines , And it is of great significance to the coal mine’s nature safety construction.
