目的建立牛乳及牛乳制品中硫氰酸盐和高氯酸盐的测定方法。方法采用离子色谱法,Ion-Pac ASl6(250 mm×4 mm)分析柱,氢氧化钾溶液为淋洗液,梯度模式进行洗脱,电导检测器检测。结果牛乳中硫氰酸盐和高氯酸盐的检测限可达到0.050 mg.L-1和0.025 mg.L-1,且两者在0.5~50.0 mg.L-1内线性关系良好。结论该方法适用于牛乳及牛乳制品中硫氰酸盐和高氯酸盐的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of thiocyanate and perchlorate in milk and milk products. Methods Ion chromatography with Ion-Pac AS16 (250 mm × 4 mm) column, potassium hydroxide solution as eluent, gradient elution and conductivity detector were used. Results The detection limit of thiocyanate and perchlorate in milk was 0.050 mg.L-1 and 0.025 mg.L-1, respectively, and the linearity was good in 0.5-50.0 mg.L-1. Conclusion This method is suitable for the determination of thiocyanate and perchlorate in milk and milk products.
