执政模式是执政党执政方式的固化,它一定程度上决定着党的执政能力。建立科学的执政模式,要求执政党依据执政本质,理顺党与国家、社会的关系,使三者在充分发挥各自功能的基础上又密切配合。
The ruling mode is the cure of the ruling party’s ruling style, which to a certain extent determines the ruling ability of the party. Establishing a scientific governing model requires the ruling party to rationalize the relationship between the party and the state and society on the basis of the nature of its governance and enable the three parties to closely cooperate with each other on the basis of giving full scope to their respective functions.
