目的 :研究通脉络胶囊的药理作用。方法 :建立不同的动物模型。纯蛋清和二甲苯为致炎物质 ;0 6 %醋酸为致痛物质 ;建立颈总动脉 -颈外静脉体外循环旁路 ,用直流电连续刺激大鼠一侧颈动脉 ,制备血栓模型 ;给大鼠皮下注射大剂量的肾上腺素 (Adr) ,制备血瘀模型 ;给兔耳静脉注射脑垂体后叶素 ,造成急性心肌缺血状态 ;小鼠于密闭的容器中造成缺氧环境。各实验均设高、低剂量组(治疗组 )、阳性、水对照组。结果 :治疗组与水对照组比较有极显著性差异 (P<0 01) ;与阳性对照组比较有显著性差异 (P<0 05)。结论 :通脉络胶囊有显著的抗炎、镇痛、抗血栓形成、活血化瘀、抗心肌缺血和耐常压缺氧作用。
Objective: To study the pharmacological effects of Tongmailuo Capsule. Method: Establish different animal models. Pure egg white and xylene were the inflammatory substances; 06% acetic acid was the pain-causing substance; a common carotid artery-carotid external bypass was established; the rat carotid artery was continuously stimulated by direct current to prepare a thrombus model; A large dose of adrenaline (Adr) was injected subcutaneously to prepare a blood stasis model; rabbits were injected intravenously with pituitrin, an acute myocardial ischemic state; and mice were exposed to an oxygen-starved environment in a closed container. High and low dose groups (treatment group), positive and water control groups were set up in each experiment. Results: There was a significant difference between the treatment group and the water control group (P<0 01), and there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the positive control group (P<0 05). Conclusion : Tongmailuo capsule has significant anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-thrombotic, blood circulation, anti-myocardial ischemia and resistance to normoxia.
