目的:研究南沙参的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、凝胶等色谱方法进行分离和纯化,并通过理化性质和波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从南沙参甲醇提取物的石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取部分中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为α-香树脂醇乙酸酯(1),蒲公英萜酮(2),羽扇豆烯酮(3),β-谷甾醇(4),羽扇豆醇乙酸酯(5),无柄沙参酸-3-O-异戊酸酯(6),胡萝卜苷(7),正十五烷酸(8),邻苯二甲酸二己酯(9),汉黄芩苷(10),愈创木酚β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(11),5-羟甲基糠醛(12),黄芩苷(13)。结论:其中化合物1,8,10,11,13为首次从桔梗科分离得到;9,12为首次从沙参属分离得到;6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Radix Nansang. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by chromatography on silica gel and gel. The structures of the compounds were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis. Results: Thirteen compounds were isolated from the fractions of petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol extracted from the methanolic extracts of Nansang ginseng and identified as α-amygdalone acetate (1), dandelion terpene ketone (2) (3), β-sitosterol (4), lupine alcohol acetate (5), Auxin-3-O-isovalerate (6), daucosterol Pentadecanoic acid (8), dihexyl phthalate (9), baicalin (10), guaiacol β-D-glucopyranoside (11), 5-hydroxymethylfurfural ), Baicalin (13). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 1, 8, 10, 11 and 13 were isolated from Campanulaceae for the first time; 9 and 12 were isolated from Atriplex for the first time; 6 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
