标准件是乘用车的重要连接零件,研究标准件3D数模库的创建及应用方法对于提高车型零件的标准化率和通用化率,降低开发成本具有重要意义。文章利用CATIA制图软件创建标准件3D数模及数模库,生成标准件知识管理库,实现了对标准件的查询、检索、装配调用和管理。实际应用表明标准件数模库的研究与应用,为整车标准件管理及设计师对标准件的选用提供了便利,对乘用车企业研发工作起到重要作用,其方法也可应用到其他整车通用零件的管理。
The standard parts are the important connecting parts of passenger cars. The research on how to create and apply standard parts 3D digital model library is of great significance to improve the standardization rate and generalization rate of model parts and reduce the development cost. The article uses CATIA mapping software to create standard parts 3D numerical model and digital-analogue database, generates standard parts knowledge management database, and achieves querying, retrieving, assembly calling and management of standard parts. The practical application shows that the research and application of the standard parts database has facilitated the management of the standard parts of the vehicle and the selection of standard parts by the designers, and played an important role in the R & D of the passenger car enterprises. The method can also be applied to other parts General car parts management.
