体育教学,主要是通过教师的讲解,示范和学生练习这三个教学环节来完成的。其中示范教学是体育课区别于其他课程的主要特点。教师的示范对学生的刺激是第一信号的刺激,学生通过感官直接感知动作,形成动作的表象概念。而讲解对学生的的刺激是第二信号,学生要凭自己的知识分析才能形成对动作的概念。教师讲解示范的水平与能力如何,直接影响体育教学的效果。教师的讲解示范对于取得优良的教学效果有着非常重要的作用。本人在体育教学实践中,深刻体会到相同的教材、动作,而采用的教学方法的差异和讲解示范的不同,得到的效果是具有天壤之别的。以下是粗浅的认识和体会。
