对两种煅后焦和以该焦为骨料制成的焙烧棒以不同的温度进行热处理,研究了它们在结构和性质上随热处理温度的变化。我们观察到,挤压棒的性质随热处理温度的变化曲线在2000℃左右出现突变。这个现象可能与2000℃以下焦炭颗粒微孔的发展及2000℃以上晶体结构的完善有关。由本项研究我们可清楚地认识到,最终石墨电极的特性在很大程度上取决于生焦材料的性质。
The two calcined coke and the calcined coke made from the coke were heat treated at different temperatures, and their structural and property changes with the heat treatment temperature were studied. We observed that the nature of extruded rod with heat treatment temperature curve of about 2000 ℃ mutation. This phenomenon may be related with the development of micropores of coke particles below 2000 ℃ and the improvement of crystal structure above 2000 ℃. From this study, we can clearly understand that the properties of the final graphite electrode depend largely on the nature of the green coke material.
